The role requires a strong aerospace background, excellent communication with engineers, suppliers, customers, and leadership, and a proven track record in complex programs and agile practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in aerospace with 5+ years in PM role.
• Experience managing complex multi-disciplinary aerospace programs (propulsion or power systems).
• Experience applying agile methods in hardware/hardware-software environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead program planning and execution from concept to certification.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budgets across teams.
• Define system requirements, milestones, and risk management strategies.
• Interface with suppliers, customers, and certification authorities for compliance.
• Support long-term product strategy and technology maturation.
