Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Formal industrial maintenance training; journeyman preferred.
• 5+ years of industrial mechanical maintenance or forming-equipment experience.
• Experience with four-slide, multi-slide, CNC wire-bending, or cam-driven forming equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily mechanical support to forming operations and respond to machine downtime.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain gears, shafts, bearings, belts, cams, and related components.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance including lubrication, alignment checks, and wear inspection.
• Set up and adjust feed length, straightening, forming stations, and timing within standards.
• Esca1late mechanical faults; coordinate with engineering and service providers.
