Job summary

Camaco in Lorain, OH is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the 1st shift to lead the plant maintenance team and ensure reliable equipment performance. You will oversee daily maintenance tasks, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate preventive maintenance programs with the maintenance manager.

Responsibilities include installing and commissioning new or rebuilt equipment, operating various tools and forklifts, and maintaining safety and quality standards across the facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with journeyman status in machine repair.
• 5+ years of related maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to Lorain plant operations and maintenance needs.
• Troubleshoot and repair problems with plant machinery and equipment.
• Install and commission new or rebuilt equipment for production use.
• Operate machinery, tools, gauges, forklift equipment and basic electrical systems.
