Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Supplier Industrialization Engineer, Mechanical to accelerate qualification and implementation of supplier designs, optimizing for quality, efficiency, and cost across the product lifecycle.

You will collaborate with internal engineering, quality, and supply chain teams and directly with suppliers to drive tooling, capacity, and process improvements that reduce risk and improve cycle times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field.
• 6+ years of experience in supplier quality and industrialization in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with IPC standards, CAD, GD&T.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret clearance.
• Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Own supplier fabrication commodities and production strategies from NPI to full production.
• Drive supplier quality and commodity strategy with ownership and initiative.
• Assess suppliers' production capabilities, factory layout, and workforce for Approved Supplier List.
• Support SQE in ensuring supplier adherence to quality criteria.
• Lead new production tooling and lines development at supplier sites.
• Plan capacity expansion readiness and ramp-up at suppliers.
• Establish SPC reviews and process controls at suppliers.
• Drive root-cause corrective/preventive actions with suppliers.
