Qualifications

• Senior Superintendent experience for Mullins self-performs or similar role.
• Knowledge of safety, quality, and health guidelines for construction sites.
• In-depth understanding of construction operations and processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage onsite construction as a unified and collaborative team.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations of assigned projects.
• Manage field responsibilities on medium to complex projects, or multiple small teams.
• Collaborate with the PM to create and maintain the project schedule.
• Lead new hire jobsite introductions and training, and assign jobs.
