Job summary

Applied Digital is seeking a results-driven Senior Owner’s Rep Mechanical Superintendent to monitor and provide expertise in mechanical construction on large-scale infrastructure projects. As the owner's representative, you will oversee HVAC, piping, plumbing, and related systems while enforcing safety, quality, and schedule standards.

The role requires 10+ years in mechanical construction, strong leadership, and the ability to manage subcontractors on-site, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in mechanical construction with supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, piping, and mechanical systems.
• Experience managing subcontractors and field teams.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specs.
• Excellent organizational and leadership communication skills.
• Willingness to on-site work and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day mechanical construction activities on site.
• Oversee installation of HVAC systems, piping, plumbing and related infrastructure.
• Coordinate mechanical subcontractors, labor and equipment.
• Review drawings and specifications to ensure accurate execution.
• Drive schedule adherence and resolve field-level conflicts.
• Partner with electrical and general construction teams for trade coordination.
• Lead site safety efforts and enforce safety protocols.
• Support inspections, testing, commissioning, and system turnover.
• Provide progress reports and communicate risks proactively.
