Job summary

Applied Digital is seeking a results-driven Senior Owner’s Rep – Mechanical Superintendent to oversee field construction of HVAC, piping and mechanical systems on large-scale infrastructure projects. As the owner’s on-site representative, you ensure safety, quality and schedule adherence while coordinating with subcontractors and trades.

This hands-on role requires 10+ years in mechanical construction, strong leadership, ability to interpret drawings, and travel to job sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in mechanical construction with superintendent or lead supervision.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, piping, and mechanical systems.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and field teams.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work onsite and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day mechanical construction activities on site.
• Oversee installation of HVAC systems, piping, plumbing, and related infrastructure.
• Coordinate mechanical subcontractors, labor, and equipment.
• Review drawings and specifications to ensure accurate execution.
• Drive schedule adherence and resolve field-level conflicts.
• Partner with electrical and general construction teams for trade coordination.
• Lead site safety efforts and enforce safety protocols.
• Support inspections, testing, commissioning, and system turnover.
• Provide progress reports and communicate risks and constraints proactively.
