Applied Digital is seeking a highly experienced Senior Owner’s Rep Electrical Superintendent to oversee electrical construction operations on large-scale data center projects. As the owner’s field representative, you will coordinate trades, review designs, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of electrical construction experience with superintendent-level leadership.
• Strong ability to interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Proven track record coordinating large subcontractor teams on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day electrical construction activities across one or more project scopes.
• Oversee installation of complex electrical systems including MV/LV distribution, substations, generators, UPS, and critical power infrastructure.
• Direct and coordinate electrical subcontractors, field teams, and vendors.
• Review electrical design documents for constructability and compliance.
• Drive construction schedules, identify risks, and resolve field issues.
• Champion site safety culture and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Provide detailed reporting on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
