You will guide production, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and mentor staff on a growing project portfolio.

The role requires a licensed mechanical (HVAC) or plumbing professional with 10+ years of supervisory experience and strong knowledge of codes.

Qualifications

At least 10 years of field supervisory experience on multimillion-dollar construction projects.
Active Mechanical (HVAC) or Plumbing license.
Knowledge of the National Building Code, local codes, and safety requirements.
OSHA 30 certification preferred.
Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English, with basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor field project team members.
Plan, organize, and direct production of the mechanical scope.
Manage materials and manpower to meet project schedules.
Coordinate production and meetings with other trades and the general contractor, resolving conflicts and delivering excellent customer service.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, inspectors, and other trades.
Ensure installations meet quality standards, project specifications, and mechanical code requirements.
Promote and enforce high standards of safety and best practice on site.
