Job summary

Joshua Robert Recruitment Limited seeks a Plumbing Superintendent in Raleigh, NC to lead field teams on large multimillion-dollar plumbing projects. The role requires a Plumbing or Mechanical (HVAC) license, strong leadership, and in-depth code knowledge.

You will ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery across multiple sites. Offering a permanent, on-site position with a clear path for advancement within a fast-growing national contractor known for training leaders and delivering

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of field supervisory experience on multimillion-dollar projects.
• Active Plumbing or Mechanical (HVAC) license.
• Knowledge of the National Building Code, local codes, and safety requirements.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Strong English reading/writing skills and basic computer skills.
• Demonstrates integrity, accountability, teamwork and growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage, evaluate, and train field project team members with clear direction.
• Plan, organize, and direct production of the contracted plumbing scope of work.
• Manage material and personnel requirements to keep projects on schedule.
• Coordinate production and meetings with other trades and the general contractor to resolve conflicts and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, inspectors, and other trades.
• Ensure installations meet quality standards, codes, and safety requirements.
• Uphold high standards of quality, safety, and best practices across all sites.
