Job summary

Diamond Peak Recruiting is seeking a seasoned Senior Mechanical Superintendent to lead large-scale commercial mechanical projects. The role requires deep expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and MEP coordination, and a proven ability to manage field operations with high safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

Over 10 years of experience in commercial construction, specifically in mechanical systems.
Proven track record of managing projects with budgets greater than $50,000,000.
In-depth knowledge of building codes, blueprint reading, and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing coordination.

Responsibilities

Direct all field operations for mechanical projects exceeding $50,000,000 in scope.
Coordinate with subcontractors and various trades to maintain rigorous schedules.
Manage labor, equipment, and materials to ensure maximum project efficiency.
Enforce strict safety protocols and quality control standards across the job site.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior field staff and superintendents.
