Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of building codes, blueprint reading, and MEP coordination.

Responsibilities

• Direct all field operations for mechanical projects exceeding $50,000,000 in scope.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and various trades to maintain schedules.
• Manage labor, equipment, and materials to ensure project efficiency.
• Enforce safety protocols and quality control standards across the job site.
• Mentor junior field staff and superintendents.
