Diamond Peak Recruiting seeks a Senior Project Manager – Mechanical Construction to lead major mechanical projects nationwide. This role involves oversight of HVAC, piping, and plumbing scopes, budgets, schedules, procurement, and coordination with clients and teams.

Required are 7+ years in mechanical construction PM, experience handling $20M+ scopes, and a strong background in commercial/industrial construction. Travel is extensive, with opportunities across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of mechanical construction project management experience.
• Experience managing $20M+ mechanical scopes.
• Strong commercial and industrial mechanical construction background.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Oversee HVAC, piping, and plumbing scopes across large-scale projects.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractors, vendors, and field operations.
• Coordinate with clients, owners, general contractors, engineers, and project teams.
• Oversee project financial performance, change orders, forecasting, and cost control.
• Provide leadership throughout project execution and maintain accountability for schedule, budget, and quality.
• Support project planning, constructability reviews, procurement, and project closeout.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, field teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
