Job summary

JE Dunn Construction’s Advanced Facilities Group seeks an experienced Superintendent 3 to lead safety, manage subcontractors, and oversee on-site operations for Industrial & Manufacturing, Data Center and Semiconductor projects. You will develop work plans, manage field staff and coordinate with owners and design teams.

This role requires 8+ years in construction, 5+ years of field supervision, a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in CM/engineering, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years construction experience with 5+ years supervision.
• Must have valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and mentors staff.
• Manages subcontractors and overall job/workflow.
• Oversees staff, subcontractors, suppliers and QA/QC.
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates and manages site care and control.
• Leads daily standup and weekly trade meetings.
