Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Mechanical Superintendent.
• Strong background in large-scale mechanical construction.
• Experience delivering mechanical projects valued at $10M+.
• Proven ability to lead large crews and coordinate multiple subcontractors.
• Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical field operations across HVAC, piping, and plumbing installations.
• Manage foremen, journeymen, apprentices, and subcontractors.
• Plan manpower requirements and monitor field productivity.
• Coordinate installation activities with project managers, the general contractor, and other trades.
• Maintain safety standards, installation quality, and schedule commitments.
• Resolve field issues and support inspections, commissioning, and project turnover.
