Job summary

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Sheet Metal Superintendent overseeing large metal work.
- Strong knowledge of commercial/industrial ductwork and HVAC installs.
- Experience on mechanical projects valued at $10M+.
- Ability to interpret drawings and manage installation sequencing.
- Proven track record leading large crews and maintaining productivity.
Responsibilities
- Direct daily sheet metal, ductwork, and HVAC installation activities.
- Manage foremen, journeymen, apprentices, and subcontractors.
- Plan manpower and installation sequences around milestones.
- Coordinate fabrication releases and deliveries with field needs.
- Review drawings and resolve installation conflicts with teams.
- Coordinate work with piping, electrical, structural trades.
- Monitor productivity, installation quality, and safety.
- Support inspections, testing, punch-lists, and turnover.
