Related Digital is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager for data center construction in Cheyenne, Wyoming. You will lead across concept to turnover, coordinating design, cost control, scheduling, procurement, and commissioning with cross-functional teams.

The role demands strategic thinking, hands-on leadership, and a track record of delivering complex programs on time and within budget. A strong background in data center systems and multistakeholder communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data center or mission-critical construction.
• Proven track record managing full project lifecycles.
• Strong understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction planning and budgeting.
• Develop and manage master budget and schedule; track milestones.
• Coordinate design coordination and RFP processes; ensure design quality.
• Oversee procurement and subcontractor management; ensure quality and timelines.
• Lead contract negotiations with GCs and manage risk.
• Perform regular site walks; monitor safety and compliance.
• Prepare and distribute project reports aligned with standards.
• Manage commissioning, CX meetings, and turnover documentation.
