Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a senior Construction Field Supervisor to monitor subcontractor planning, safety, quality, and technical activities on a complex project in Nevada.

You will coordinate subcontractor management staff, review construction methods, schedules, and interface with design to resolve constructability issues, ensuring work aligns with approved plans and schedules.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10-13 years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and directs subcontractor activities, through coordination and instruction of subcontractors' management staff within the area of responsibility.
• Reviews and monitors subcontractor construction schedules, resource charts, and material and equipment requirements.
• Coordinates engineering solutions with Subcontractors, and Foremen and Craft Professionals.
• Coordinates with Design on constructability issues.
