Qualifications

• Supervises craft professionals and directs subcontractors within assigned discipline.

Responsibilities

• Supervise structural construction activities, including daily work planning and safety.
• Plan workforce, materials, tools, and equipment to meet priorities and schedules.
• Review work to meet drawings, specs, quality, safety, and procedures.
• Coordinate with field engineering, quality, subcontractors, and leadership to resolve issues.
• Track progress, quantities, productivity, and schedule performance; implement corrective actions.
• Support procurement and field material needs for tools and non-permanent items.
• Coach and develop craft supervision and field teams for safe, high-quality execution.
