Job summary

Linde plc is seeking an experienced maintenance professional to plan, coordinate, and execute major installations, inspections, and overhauls of rotating equipment at its facilities in the United States. The role requires leadership of internal teams and contractors, with strong analytical and technical skills to improve asset reliability.

You will analyze performance data, develop maintenance strategies, and provide on-site and remote support.

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience installing, troubleshooting, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and overhauling rotating equipment in an industrial setting.
• Experience planning, cost estimation, and overhaul/repair strategies for rotating and fixed equipment.
• Knowledge of preventive/predictive maintenance for rotating and reciprocating equipment.
• Proficiency with precision measurement tools for inspections, alignment, and maintenance of rotating equipment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, coordinate, and execute major installations, inspections, repairs, and overhauls of rotating equipment.
• Lead internal maintenance personnel and contractors in safe and efficient execution of maintenance activities.
• Provide onsite and remote technical support and independent engineering recommendations.
• Analyze equipment performance and predictive maintenance data to improve reliability and reduce failures.
• Travel approximately 50% domestically to support facility maintenance and reliability activities.
• Develop and standardize maintenance documentation, reporting tools, and work processes.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, engineering, reliability, and contractor teams for safe, reliable operation.
