Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager with a mechanical bias to oversee mechanical works on a MoJ project. You will manage the mechanical supply chain, coordinate subcontractors, and drive progress against the programme while ensuring safety and quality on site.

The ideal candidate brings proven site management experience in mechanical services, strong communication skills, and familiarity with RAMS and construction sequencing.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in site management, with a focus on mechanical building services.
• Experience managing mechanical subcontractors and supply-chain partners on live projects.
• Strong knowledge of RAMS, safety, quality control and construction sequencing.
• Desirable: SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day mechanical works on a MoJ project and ensure adherence to drawings and RAMS.
• Coordinate subcontractors, manage resources and ensure progress against the programme.
• Work with Project Manager, engineers and site team to deliver safely, on time and to required quality.
