Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of industrial construction, maintenance, or turnaround experience.
• 5+ years in a leadership role managing mechanical operations.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical crafts including piping, fixed equipment, rotating equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead all site mechanical maintenance and construction activities per customer requirements.
• Manage labor planning, scheduling, budgets, and cost controls.
• Coordinate subcontractors, supervisors, equipment, and materials.
• Maintain safety leadership and compliance with regulations.
• Develop KPIs and monitor site performance.
