Job summary

Austin Industrial is seeking a Maintenance Site Manager to lead on-site maintenance and project management at our Austin, TX operations. The role focuses on contract administration, cost control, scheduling, and safety compliance to drive operational excellence.

You will supervise foremen, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, and ensure adherence to quality and HSE standards while improving productivity and delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• Four year degree in a technical field is required.
• CMRT certification must be achieved within 1 year of assignment.
• Minimum of 10 years in maintenance contract management or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management, contract administration and cost forecasting on site.
• Develop and manage the site scorecard and reporting for performance.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and field foremen with safety and quality in mind.
• Ensure HSE compliance and timely billing and receivables as applicable.
