Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Mechanical Quality Manager in the Saint Francisville, LA area with a strong background in industrial construction and QA/QC. The role focuses on communicating quality issues, leading audits with discipline subcontractors, and ensuring contractor plans and ITPs meet site requirements.

You will oversee Test Packs, NCRs, and corrective actions while supporting turnover packages. We value experience across multi-disciplinary teams, strong communication, and proactive problem

Qualifications

10 years in industrial construction with QA/QC experience.
Ability to read engineering specs, documents, and drawings.
Proficiency in Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

Communicating field quality issues to stakeholders.
Lead contractor quality audits on-site and in fabrication facilities.
Ensure ITPs and Test Packs are understood, acted on and completed on time.
Capture nonconformities in NCRs and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Assist in developing Construction Turn Over Package requirements.
