Job summary

UMC is seeking a Project Manager in the Major Projects Group to develop, estimate, sell and manage fast‑track mechanical construction projects. You will mentor Project Engineers, coordinate with field teams, and ensure profitable execution across multiple sites in Lynnwood and beyond.

You will lead cost estimation, budgets, change orders, and delivery schedules, while maintaining safety and contractual compliance. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success in this role.
