Qualifications

• 10+ years construction experience (mechanical preferred).
• Proven leadership managing multiple PMs and large project portfolios.
• Experience with complex commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop people and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of large-scale mechanical projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Lead project planning, job start meetings, and execution strategies.
• Ensure strong project setup, staffing, and mobilization.
• Conduct regular site visits to verify progress, quality, and risk mitigation.
• Drive timely project closeout and post-job performance reviews.
• Support recruiting efforts, interview candidates, and help build bench strength.
