Qualifications

• 10+ years construction experience (mechanical preferred).
• Proven leadership managing multiple PMs and large project portfolios.
• Strong financial acumen (forecasting, cost control).

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of large-scale mechanical projects.
• Own revenue, cost, and gross profit performance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop PMs, APMs, and Project Engineers.
• Review prime contracts and assist in negotiations.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients.
