Job summary

Mark III Construction, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Project Executive to lead its Electrical Division and drive profitability, growth, and client satisfaction across a portfolio of electrical construction projects.

You will partner with PMs, engineers, and field leaders to execute strategic initiatives and ensure operational excellence. This senior role focuses on risk management, contract negotiations, workforce development, and expanding client relationships to secure future work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of electrical construction management experience.
• Minimum 7+ years of leadership experience managing project teams.
• Proven success on large-scale electrical projects (commercial/industrial/healthcare).
• Strong financial management including forecasting, budgeting, and P&L accountability.
• Experience managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for a portfolio of electrical projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Review contracts, negotiate terms, and manage budgets, change orders, and forecasts.
• Lead project planning, kickoff meetings, and strategic execution.
• Drive safety, schedule, quality, and client satisfaction across projects.
• Mentor and develop project managers, engineers, and field leaders.
• Maintain executive relationships with clients and strategic partners.
