Responsibilities

• Train and develop a high-performance Operations team.
• Provide leadership for safety and team culture of operations.
• Direct creation of operations processes and procedures.
• Implement project management programs and documentation systems.
• Oversee project accounting, budget, forecasts, and cost reporting.
• Coordinate procurement and subcontract management with vendors.
