Jobot is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex mechanical construction projects in Abilene, TX. You will oversee the full project life cycle, ensure on-time delivery within budget, and maintain high quality standards.

The role requires strategic leadership, strong client and contractor liaison, and a focus on safety and process improvement. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in mechanical PM, expertise in budgets, procurement, and change management, plus a degree in engineering and PMP

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in a Project Management role within mechanical construction.
• Experience budgeting, change orders, progress reports, and financial performance.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical building systems.
• Excellent budgeting, contract management, and procurement skills.
• Strong leadership with ability to lead a team effectively.
• Excellent strategic planning and ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Strong communication with a range of stakeholders.
• Engineering degree preferred; PMP certification desirable.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee life cycle of mechanical construction projects from conception to completion.
• Develop and manage project budgets within financial constraints.
• Handle procurement, sourcing, and supplier negotiations.
• Manage change orders and progress reports with clear documentation.
• Monitor financial performance and address issues with solutions.
