Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in commercial or industrial mechanical construction.
• Strong background in mechanical estimating and project management.
• Experience with HVAC, mechanical piping, process piping, boilers, chillers, or related systems.
• Ability to independently estimate projects and manage them through completion.
• Strong understanding of drawings, specifications, budgets, and project scheduling.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities
