Qualifications

• Licensed mechanical engineer required at appointment or must obtain Nevada licensure within 12 months.
• Three years of professional mechanical engineering experience including design or management of major construction projects and capital improvement programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of capital improvement and construction projects from planning to completion.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and technical criteria.
• Review consultant-prepared mechanical plans, specifications, and cost estimates for codes and project requirements.
• Provide limited mechanical design services for in-house projects when needed.
• Negotiate, prepare, and administer contracts for A/E consultants.
