Qualifications

• Develop scopes, budgets, schedules, and technical criteria; review consultant plans and cost estimates.
• Negotiate and administer A/E contracts; coordinate with agencies to ensure code compliance.
• Oversee bidding, change orders, progress payments, and fiscal project records.
