Responsibilities include coordinating bid documents, overseeing bidding, and providing in-house architectural design services and peer reviews.

Qualifications

• Licensure as a professional architect is required at appointment and for continuing employment.
• Three years of professional architectural experience including design/management of major construction projects and capital improvement programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage capital improvement construction projects across Nevada.
• Develop scopes, budgets, and schedules; review plans and contract documents for compliance.
• Coordinate bidding, procurement, and contract administration per state regulations.
• Provide design services for in-house projects and peer review of contracted design firms.
