Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a Project Manager to lead mechanical and mining projects in Elko, NV on-site. You will collaborate with the Project Executive, field leadership, and clients to ensure successful execution, safety, and quality.

You will plan, schedule, and coordinate resources, manage budgets, oversee subcontractors, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining compliance with NFPA 70E / OSHA standards and project specifications.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years in heavy industrial construction with 3-5 years managing field operations or mechanical scopes in mining or mineral processing.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
• Proficient with project management software including Bluebeam, Procore, Accubid and P6.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, change orders, scheduling, and client communication.
• Demonstrated problem solving and decision making with a commitment to safety and quality (NFPA 70E or OSHA).
• Experience with ASME B31.3 piping, slurry systems, HDPE fusing, and reading P&ID/ISO drawings.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals and deliverables; develop plans, schedules and budgets.
• Lead project teams of electricians, technicians and subcontractors; monitor performance.
• Coordinate resources, materials and procurement; manage vendor relationships.
• Supervise execution, ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate status to clients and management; manage changes and documentation.
• Prepare final reports, invoices and project closeout deliverables.
