Qualifications

• 7–10 years in heavy industrial construction with 3–5 years managing field operations in mining
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations
• Proficient with Bluebeam, Procore, Accubid and P6
• Able to manage multiple projects and coordinate change orders
• NFPA 70E or OSHA certification
• Familiarity with P&ID and ISO drawings
• Experience with heavy rotating equipment and milling systems

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, schedule, and budget with clients and engineers
• Lead cross-functional teams of electricians, technicians, and subcontractors
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and personnel; manage procurement
• Monitor progress, safety, quality, and compliance with codes
• Communicate status to stakeholders and prepare reports
• Manage changes and document impact on timelines and costs
• Close projects with final reports and invoicing
