Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a Project Manager to lead on-site mining and heavy industrial construction projects in Elko, NV. You will drive planning, execution, and coordination with engineers, field leadership, and clients to deliver objectives on time and within budget.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience in heavy industrial construction, strong electrical knowledge, and a track record of safety and quality adherence.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in heavy industrial construction with 3–5 years directing field operations
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations
• Experience with project management software including Bluebeam, Procore, Accubid and P6
• Ability to manage multiple projects, change orders, scheduling and client communications
• Commitment to safety and quality standards with NFPA 70E or OSHA certification
• Familiarity with process piping (ASME B31.3), mill installations, and heavy equipment

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, initiation, scope, goals and deliverables; develop schedules and budgets
• Build and lead project teams including electricians, technicians and subcontractors
• Coordinate resources, procurement and vendor relationships to meet project needs
• Supervise project execution ensuring safety, quality and regulatory compliance
• Manage changes, document communications, and report progress to clients and stakeholders
• Prepare and submit progress reports and invoices to management and clients
