Harder Mechanical Contractors Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of complex mechanical construction projects.

You will coordinate with project teams, field labor, and clients to ensure work is safe, on schedule, within budget, and meets Harder’s quality standards. This mid-to-senior role requires 10+ years in PM for mechanical systems, a bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in mechanical systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical, Industrial, Civil Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Fully understand every aspect of the project scope.
• Build strong relationship with the client and maintain open communication.
• Oversee budget and schedule and provide ongoing progress updates to stakeholders.
• Manage project team from engineers to superintendents and admin support.
