Qualifications

• 10+ years of mechanical project management experience, preferably on large-scale industrial plumbing projects.
• Proven ability to lead budgets, schedules, and coordination with subcontractors.
• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project operations, staff coordination, and field execution across assigned projects.
• Manage project administration, contracts, submittals, and closeout requirements.
• Own project budgets, schedules, procurement coordination, billing, and change orders.
• Negotiate subcontract agreements and process changes, payments, and retention receivables.
• Ensure proper staffing and monitor labor resource loading, productivity, and equipment usage.
