MSA Professional Services is seeking a Project Manager – Mechanical Engineering to lead HVAC-focused projects. You will serve as the primary client contact and coordinate internal teams, managing mechanical engineering projects and mentoring junior staff.

The role is hybrid or onsite at one of our IA offices including Des Moines, Cedar Rapids, Bettendorf or Dubuque. Excellent benefits and a performance-based culture await.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of project management or mechanical engineering experience.
• Proven experience managing engineering projects, budgets, and schedules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams).
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead mechanical engineering projects through pursuit, initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
• Develop project management plans, work breakdown structures, and schedules.
• Oversee project team performance and ensure quality deliverables.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients; support proposal development, scoping, and contract preparation.
