Job summary

MSA Professional Services is seeking a Senior Project Engineer - Mechanical to lead the design and delivery of high-performing building systems across Wisconsin. You will mentor engineers, guide projects from design through construction, and ensure quality, performance, and client satisfaction.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role with autonomy and cross-disciplinary collaboration. The position can be onsite or hybrid from our St.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited Mechanical Engineering degree required
• 10+ years of engineering experience (8+ years with a Master’s)
• PE license is required
• Strong leadership of complex HVAC/plumbing design projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication and client-facing skills

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of HVAC and/or plumbing systems for complex building projects
• Provide technical oversight and QA/QC review of deliverables
• Coordinate across disciplines to ensure integrated and efficient system designs
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget for tasks and phases
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development
