MSA is seeking a Senior Project Engineer – Mechanical to lead design and delivery of HVAC and/or plumbing systems for large building projects in Wisconsin. You will mentor junior engineers, guide multidisciplinary teams, and ensure quality, performance, and client satisfaction.

The role offers onsite or hybrid work from Milwaukee or Mequon, with a strong emphasis on technical leadership, design oversight, and collaboration across disciplines.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• 10+ years of relevant engineering experience (8+ years with a master’s degree).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

Mansioni

• Lead the design and implementation of HVAC and/or plumbing systems for complex building projects.
• Perform and review advanced engineering calculations, system layouts, and specifications.
• Develop construction documents, technical reports, and engineering studies; QA/QC on deliverables.
