MSA is seeking a Senior Project Engineer – Mechanical in Saint Paul, MN. You will lead the design and delivery of HVAC and plumbing systems for complex projects, while mentoring engineers and coordinating across disciplines.

The role can be onsite or hybrid from our St Paul, MN office, with a focus on technical leadership, client engagement, and delivering high-quality, compliant solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• 10+ years of engineering experience (8+ years with a master’s degree).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

Aufgaben

• Lead HVAC and/or plumbing system design for complex building projects.
• Perform advanced engineering calculations, system layouts, and specifications.
• Develop construction documents, technical reports, and engineering studies.
• Provide technical oversight and QA/QC review of deliverables.
• Coordinate across disciplines to ensure integrated and efficient system designs.
• Mentor and train junior engineers and designers.
