Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of mechanical projects from planning to completion.
• Track and forecast project-level financials and report to executives.
• Coordinate with field supervisors, CAD/VDC teams, project engineers, and accountants.
• Develop and manage project schedules to meet deadlines.
• Handle change management, including estimates, budgets and proposals.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality, on-time delivery, and budget adherence.
• Negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms for the company.
• Attend project meetings and provide updates and feedback.
• Lead the project team and foster a collaborative work environment.
