Job summary

MSS Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Mechanical to lead and deliver complex mechanical projects from concept through closeout. You will supervise cross-functional teams, coordinate with property and contractors, review contracts, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure safety and quality standards are met on site.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on problem solving, and the ability to drive results across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years’ experience or an equivalent education/experience mix.
• Experience leading project and program teams, internal and external resources.
• Drive for results and accountability of business needs.

Responsibilities

• Determine project needs, constraints and responsibilities to meet customer facilities requirements.
• Supervise/mentor other project managers or assistants.
• Review contracts and understand contractual rights, remedies, and responsibilities.
• Provide leadership to the team; resolve issues during project duration.
• Manage project team oversight; maintain safety, quality, and productivity.
• Provide on-site leadership to meet goals and milestones.
• Monitor staff performance and conduct performance reviews.
• Delegate tasks to project managers, contractors, and laborers.
• Track and control outcomes to resolve issues and critical path deliverables.
• Assist in interviewing and selecting new project managers.
• Manage total construction to meet budget.
• Develop scope of work and project specifications.
• Coordinate project schedules between property and contractors.
• Approve invoices and issue purchase orders.
• Provide closeout documentation and warranty coverage.
