Job summary

MSS Solutions, LLC is hiring a Senior Project Manager - Mechanical to lead complex facility projects from planning through completion. You will supervise project teams, review contracts, and ensure milestones and budgets are met while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will coordinate engineers and contractors, develop scope and specifications, and provide on-site leadership to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years experience in project management.
• Experience leading and mentoring project teams and managing performance.
• Background check and drug testing as part of pre-employment process.

Responsibilities

• Determine project needs, constraints and responsibilities to meet customer facilities requirements.
• Supervise/mentor other project managers or assistants.
• Review contracts and ensure understanding of rights, remedies, and responsibilities.
• Provide leadership to resolve issues and keep project milestones on track.
• Oversee safety, quality, productivity and alignment with project goals.
