Job summary

Hermanson Company in Portland, OR is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex mechanical construction projects from bid to closeout. You will direct project teams, manage budgets, schedules, safety and quality, and mentor junior PMs to build a high-performing group.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of PM experience in HVAC/mechanical construction, strong communication, and a Bachelor’s in CM/Engineering/Business.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in HVAC/mechanical construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, or Engineering preferred.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities of project teams and manage multiple projects.
• Develop budgets, schedules and site safety plans; ensure project goals are met.
• Mentor and develop junior Project Managers and coordinate with other departments.
