Jobot is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead complex commercial, industrial, and mission-critical projects across multiple U.S. locations. The role focuses on overseeing planning, procurement, and execution to guarantee on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality.

Ideal candidates have a mechanical engineering or construction science background, 5+ years in PM, OSHA-30, and proficient MS Office skills. Travel and a competitive package are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Science, or equivalent levels of technical training and related experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in the engineering or construction industry.
• OSHA-30 certification.
• Excellent MS Office skills and the ability/drive to learn new software systems.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate and manage all project resources, including procurement of materials and services.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Manage project budgets, including cost control and change order pricing.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and stakeholders.
• Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company and industry standards.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols, ensuring OSHA-30 certification requirements are met.
• Handle any issues or crises that arise, demonstrating professionalism and diplomacy in stressful situations.
• Use MS Office and other software systems to effectively manage projects and communicate with team members and stakeholders.
