Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required.
• Minimum 8 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering calculations and layout/design of systems per policies, standards, procedures, and codes with minimal supervision.
• Apply practical knowledge to resolve project-related problems and conflicts.
• Capable of independent decision-making for engineering tasks on projects.
• Mentor and supervise engineering designers; assign design tasks and manage budgets and schedules.
• Review preliminary and final engineering designs for function, coordination, and final design selection.
• Provide leadership, client communication, and QA coordination with project engineers and managers.
