Job summary

Cuhaci & Peterson Architects, Engineers & Planners, Inc in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Project Engineer to implement engineering project work, including construction documents, permitting, bidding, and construction administration.

You will coordinate with architectural and engineering disciplines, ensure QA on CDs and specs, mentor designers, manage budgets and schedules, and serve as the main contact for clients and contractors.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering construction documents and specifications.
• Ability to coordinate with architectural and engineering disciplines.
• Strong client communication and leadership to educate on design and project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Implement engineering project(s) including CDs, coordination, permitting, bidding, and CA.
• Ensure high QA on CDs, specifications, and RFI responses.
• Serve as main contact for projects with clients and contractors.
• Oversee design and production of construction documents.
• Mentor and train engineering designers to produce high-quality docs.
• Maintain company and client standards.
• Communicate owner revisions and RFIs.
• Assist in representing client interests at hearings.
